Victoria Azarenka foi derrotada esta terça-feira na segunda ronda do WTA 500 de Bad Homburg pela polaca Iga Swiatek, número oito do Mundo. O duelo entre as ex-líderes mundiais ficou marcado na reta final por um momento em que a bielorrussa de 35 anos perdeu a paciência com a polaca, considerando que Swiatek perde propositadamente tempo de diferentes formas sempre que está em desvantagem num jogo de serviço.
“Sempre a mesma história. Sempre que ela está a perder num jogo de serviço gasta mais tempo do que o permitido e vocês não fazem nada”, disparou a campeã do Australian Open 2012 e 2013.
