A tenista russa bateu Katerina Siniakova com os parciais de 6-4 e 6-2, após 1h40 minutos, num duelo que até foi bastante competitivo, sendo que a checa, por exemplo, liderou o segundo set por 2-0 e até teve break points para fazer o 3-0.
